The Amador Washington Information Resource Center specializes in increasing awareness and understanding of U.S. policies and American society, culture and values.

IRC resources are intended to meet the needs of government officials, researchers, media, educators, college students, and NGOs who seek information on U.S. foreign and domestic policies, political and legislative developments, and social issues.

The IRC provides access to comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date information on the U.S. in both printed and electronic format through a variety of books, reference materials, periodicals, electronic databases and audio-visual materials.
