Jazz Festival 2010 Press Conference

At the press conference announcing the 7^th Annual Panama Jazz Festival, Thomas Mesa, the Embassy’s Public Affairs Officer, highlighted the fact that the U.S. Embassy has been a sponsor of the Jazz Festival since the beginning.  This year’s support will help bring prominent American jazz greats to Panama.  Also, the U.S. Embassy, through its Press and Cultural Office, is sponsoring, in part, the Youth Program (Programa Infantil), which introduces young students to music.
